Little Karaoke App ("us", "we", or "our") operates the Little Karaoke web application (the "Service"). This page informs you of our policies regarding the collection, use, and disclosure of personal data when you use our Service and the choices you have associated with that data.

This policy covers littlekaraoke.com, www.littlekaraoke.com, and the app at app.littlekaraoke.app.

1. Information Collection and Use

Depending on how you use Little Karaoke, we collect your name, email address and other account/profile details, song requests, performance history, favorites, and feedback. Selected profile details and song requests are visible to other users; your Nightbook history is private to your account.

We also process browser and device information, IP addresses, usage activity, and diagnostic logs to operate and improve the Service.

2. Use of Data

We use the collected data for various purposes: to provide and maintain the Service, to notify you about changes to our Service, to provide customer support, to gather analysis or valuable information so that we can improve the Service, to monitor the usage of the Service, and to detect, prevent and address technical issues.

3. Data Security

The security of your data is important to us, but remember that no method of transmission over the Internet, or method of electronic storage is 100% secure. While we strive to use commercially acceptable means to protect your Personal Data, we cannot guarantee its absolute security.

4. Service Providers

Our marketing pages use Vercel hosting, Google Fonts, and some images from placehold.co. The app uses Supabase for accounts and app data, and uses Google Tag Manager to load Google Analytics, Microsoft Clarity, and Median. Optional tip and feedback features use Make and ResponseSuite; event QR codes use QR Server. Branded littlek.app links use JotURL redirects.

5. Cookies and Choices

We use browser storage for sign-in, preferences, and app features. Marketing pages store your theme choice; the host guide stores checklist choices. These marketing preferences are stored in your browser. You can clear them through your browser settings.

On marketing pages, optional Google Analytics is off unless you allow analytics. iubenda records your consent choice. You can reject optional analytics or change your choice through Cookie preferences. Withdrawing consent turns off optional marketing analytics for future activity; it does not erase data already collected.

This policy page does not load optional analytics. Marketing consent choices do not automatically apply to app.littlekaraoke.app.

6. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page. You are advised to review this Privacy Policy periodically for any changes.
